How to Find Your Core Power

How does one find their core power? Where to start? How do we find the switch.

1. Reflect.

Quiet time with yourself can reveal many strengths. When you step away from constant activity for a moment, even for five minutes, this allows your mind to organize any scattered thoughts and regain focus. This mental clarity helps you see your emotions and patterns of behavior. This can lead to a better understanding of yourself and what you are capable of.

2. Move.

Channel this through physical activity. It doesn't have to be an intense activity. Sometimes a long walk can do wonders to the mind, body and soul. This can improve mental clarity and cognitive function as it increases blood flow, boosts concentration and even restores attention.

3. Act.

These small steps can build confidence daily. Over time you will notice a greater positive spirit within you and ultimately your inner strength.
